Sequence 1
1. Begin in a laying position on your back on the matt
2. Stretch your arms above your head and reach up with arms and the other way with your legs
3. Next, come onto feet and reach to the left and right with arms raised about head and palms facing
4. Then, bend forward with arms held gently behind back
5. Relax into a full forward bend
6. Sit down on the Matt and use easy pose with legs lightly crossed
7. Perform a forward bend
8. Twist while lying on the back by taking knees up and them to left then right
9. Rest in meditation on your back
