Asana 3
Begin in seated pose
Calm breath
Relax face
Stretch to the right by placing right arm on the ground with elbow and wrist resting then use left arm to reach overhead and gaze at left elbow
Stretch to the left with above sequence
Come to standing pose in mountain pose with arms to sides
Mountain with arms above head
Take prayer position and repeat 4 sun salutations: extended prayer, 5 pointed star with arms to sides, forward bend half with hands on thighs, forward bend full, lung with right leg back, lung with left leg back, plank, 8 point heart chakra pose with knees, elbows, hands, feet in repose and heart and chin on floor, cobra, up dog, down dog, lung on opposite leg, forward bend, reach with arms to side to extended prayer and close with prayer
Balance pose such as eagle
Sitting stretch with legs wide
Shavasana
Meditation
